I try to keep my blog cheery but that poor horse is haunting me.  I am so sad for that poor horse and even sadder to know it is not the only one.

I am also mad.  Mad because someone is out there making money pretending to be good while in truth is a fraud.  And there are more of them out there.  I am mad because WE allow it.  We all know who they are, we have all heard the stories.

I am mad that owners send their horses to them because the win.  I am mad that they tarnish the reputation of the good ones out there who work their rears off.  The MAJORITY of trainers are hard working, honest and decent people. (Thank you Kevin, D John, Laren, Julie, Charlie, Carly, Charlotte, Tommy, Jim, Sue and all the others because I know which side you are on!)

I am mad that this horse is just one of many victims.  I am mad that the evidence has gone to AQHA and that there has not been any action.

It makes it hard to go out and smile and say I am going to show when people are out there doing this to a horse.  Maddening.
